How is my pet's data protected?
Safe Smile Pet Dental LLC is a U.S. company registered in Wyoming. We serve customers in Texas. Photos and health information are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use your data only to deliver screening and optional vet services—we never sell your pet's health information. When clinically appropriate, your licensed veterinarian may issue prescriptions through the platform.
What is a Treatment Credit and how does it work?
During pre-launch, screening is free. When we launch paid teleconsultations, you'll be able to book an optional licensed veterinarian to review your AI results by video/phone. It does not book an in-person clinic appointment for you. In-person exams and treatment remain between you and your clinic.
